Hello, I tried transferring my Koodo number to PM number but it didn’t work. It gave me an error saying “phone number is not eligible for port” can anyone help me please? Thanks.

@cristo1212 - This is a public forum, please edit your post to remove your phone number in the screenshot as well your the screenshot from your PUBLIC pictured under your profile. To edit this post, hit the down arrow at top, right of your post.
I check your phone number and it is portable. Ways to contact Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) below:
1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, OR
2-go to your envelope at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support (link is provided in #3 below as well).
3 -Use this link (same as #2) Private Message to Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA)

hi @cristo1212 do you have Koodo Prepaid, if you do, you have to activate with a new number first and request porting After the account is fully setup
