Error: limit for number of private messages

I keep getting this error when trying to reply to the Moderator Team private message. 

You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later.

I am trying to reply to their message. How long before I can reply?

Logging out of the community and back into the community solves that issue most of the time as well.

I find that this bug sometimes crops up when replying to a long thread particularly when there are attachments in previous responses in the thread.  I simply start a fresh message instead of using reply.

@ricardop, Try clearing your browser's cache, and restart in privacy/incognito mode.

If that doesn't work, you can try another browser, or just wait a bit and try again.
