Trying to activate a new SIM card. It says the payment was accepted but error code M 802. Please help

hi @DDHDOLLY
did you use the Public Mobile app during the activation? or just use the app? If you have only used the browser so far, you are not completed with the activation. Download PM app and login and complete the activation
if you were using app, then something was wrong and you need PM support agent's help. You can submit ticket by direct message:

Even after placing new sim in, restart phone, and also try resetting network setting. (This will erase any wifi passwords that are saved) but otherwise not a big deal. All other info is saved and the same. Let us know if it works

No I tried putting the sim in and no go.
ive submitted numerous tickets and not getting anywhere

@DDHDOLLY Someone a few years ago had the same error occur. Apparently the sim still worked and the transfer was done properly despite the error. Does your phone work with the new SIM card at all? EDIT* if that fails, you can message an cs agent for help using this link below.
