HI @oceanwood1 try different browser or try using Incognito/Private/Secrete mode on your browser to login after waiting an hour
if you need to resume service, get a voucher from Shoppers Drug mart first and load the voucher using *611

The website is finicky. You could try again with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try on a different device (PC or labtop)
