Hi there I updated to install the app on my phone now when I log into my profile I get error codes and no information please see below for the error code I'm getting.

I cleared all data and cache from the default browser on Android, which is Firefox. I cleared the data and cache of the Public Mobile app and then uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.
Still having the same issue.

@SpiffyMick the phone app uses the default browser on the phone for login. Are you in Android?
Start with uninstall and reinstall the app and see if it works
if not, and if you are in Android, you will have to clear app cache on your default browser and test

I have logged in from a PC and from the default browser on my phone and there is no issue. It's just if I open up the app.

@SpiffyMick can you test login. My Account using the default browser on you phone? let us know if it works as it will affect the app login
