@Peter-zhuo Login to your account using incognito/private mode and click the Add-ons link top right of the overview page and make sure to buy the correct add-on. Reminder that roaming add-ons activate immediately and are good for 15 days (360 hours) from the moment of purchase so buy as close to your trip as possible.
