I switched from PC mobile to Public yesterday. People are not able to call me. Does it take sometime for your phone to be fully operational after joining?

I did call tellus but they said they cant help and redirected me here. I have replied to the PC mobile text within 10 minutes YES. I called PC also and they said the transfer was cancelled and told me to contact Public Mobile. Also, I have thrown the PC SIM card away this morning as I thought I didnt need it anymore. I am not sure what to do.

transfer from PC mobile is slightly trouble,

 

A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins.  If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls, wok  then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
