Hi, I'm new to Public Mobile and trying to activate my SIM but I'm getting the error code 821 and chat bot is saying I have to get a moderator help to continue?
Please advise.

I'm having the same issue and was directed to contact a moderator in the chat bot. I've created a Community account, but it won't let me submit a ticket without confirming my identity (which requires providing account and billing info that doesn't exist yet!) How do I get out of this endless loop??

I still don't know how useful the online activation chat .. i was told it is more for pre-sale questions. When you actually have problem with activation, they will just refer to to come to the Community and post your question... not 100% sure and hope to hear from others who contacted them.

Thank you for that link but for error code 821 it looks like I need a mod. They have been contacted.
All of the other browser recommendations id not work either.

If you try to activate the card by entering the last numbers....and if it errors out...then it has been registered.

Also, make sure that your credit card was not charged.
If credit card charged, then try to put your PM Sim card in the phone. If the SIM card does not work, then contact moderator.
If not charged, you can try the process again as described above.

A week or so pm was having website issues with activations but they supposedly fixed it. Maybe it returned? I would wait a couple hours see if the issue resolved itself. Maybe try incognito mode? (Not sure if it will help)
To get moderator help type activation issues or contact moderator in the chat bot and follow prompts to get To the summit ticket prompts.

Are you trying to activate from here https://publicmobile.ca/en/bc/portal/activation
Try another browser or clear history and cookies on the one you are using.
Enter all numbers...no spaces.
