Hi, I'm new to Public Mobile and trying to activate my SIM but I'm getting the error code 821 and chat bot is saying I have to get a moderator help to continue? Please advise.
Thank you for that link but for error code 821 it looks like I need a mod. They have been contacted. All of the other browser recommendations id not work either.
