Although my Visa is set up for pre authorized payments I need to put them on hold for a bit. Interestingly I am NOT subscribed but PM withdraws my money every 30 days. I am unsuccessful cancelling this myself; is an CS agent able to do this for me?

Theoretically if you turn it to Unsubscribe PM should NOT charge your card.
If you have it turned off but you are still charged, open a ticket and let agent clarify and help you out.

Where did you login to your account to Unsubscribe?
On the PM app or PM website? It should work on the app because the website Is glitchy so clear the cache on your browser before login to your account on the website. The app is easier and faster.

You can contact them using the orange text bubble on the bottom right. Type in customers service agent. keep in mind that you can only be away for 90 days after that your account closes and you lose your number
