 My phone changed the region (itself?) And told me I have a long distance problem but i'm at the area where the phone was always used but it still says it couldn't complete my calls even though it said I already paid!

Just to add to what mimmo_L said, is your self serve show that your account is good and payed for / no errors or suspension?

Try doing a manual search for providers
Try powering off and removing sim
Try putting sim in different phone.
