If you can’t remember your email address…do you remember your security PIN and other credentials?

How does one "forget" their e-mail? I mean, if you have an e-mail icon on your device(s), when you tap that icon, does it not open your e-mail program and your e-mail account from there?
Can you not remember it by looking at that and viewing what the e-mail address is from there?
Or when you activated here, did you decide you wanted to create a whole new (random) e-mail address for use with this service? If so, that perhaps is understandable if the e-mail account was never/seldom accessed.
Otherwise, difficult to understand.

I hae tried to send a ticket but it wont let me because I forgot my email and i have to change my cc number. This is so confusing

First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works
If you are unable to self reset the password, PM support will be able to help
