I set up mine and my sons accounts using different email addresses. Now I can't remember what email I used for his account and I need to change billing information.

Why didn’t you mentioned the email address was hacked earlier in your first post?

Then you will need to contact customer service agent as noted earlier. It will take a few hours to respond. Be prepared to answer some security questions about the account.
