@Rosa_wy hi to change email address, login to your account and click on Profile, leads to Manage Eversafe ID. Your current email address is there. Click on the pencil to change and save.

Just log into your account, go to Profile on your left side, next page you'll see EverSafe ID, click on Manage EverSafe ID and there you go.
If you've forgotten the email address you used, you can click on Forgot Email on the sign in page. If that doesn't help and you need things reset, you will have to enter a ticket.
