Email notification: Your Public Mobile service has been put on hold

I received the subject email. My phone and account are not on hold and my payment information is in order. Is there a phishing scam on the go that anyone is aware of?

hi @RogerJJ it is just a glitch and they sent the email or text wrong.  PM is aware of the issue

you can if ignore the message if you service works
