Hello, I have been with Public mobile now for a month. Just recently I had to change my debit visa card so now I have a new card number. For some reason I CAN NOT log into my account as it says my email is not recognized and so now I have no phone service and I need to get this fixed so I can input my new card for AutoPay. Please help????

If you need to make a payment immediately then you could purchase a voucher and call 611 or use recharge.com. Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear you cache and cookies then reboot. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.
