I have a email address that is no longer working and I can’t access it. I need to change it to my new email to access my account but the website says I need to contact a assistant on public mobile in which I get a error 404 message when I attempt to do so. How else can I access my public mobile account if I can’t change the email and don’t receive emails from that address anymore.

@Rina Yes, unfortunately, only PM support can help with email address change.
With the 404 message, look like you will either need to use the 4 digit PIN for account validation or message PM directly here:

Use the pin method to make a ticket.
The email address is just a login id. And the verification can go via text if you have the sim and the account is active. The actual email doesn't even need to be real. It's only a problem if you don't have the sim or the account is suspended.
