Customer service agent helped required
This post is to assist partner with issue.
My partner cannot log in to PM account as the email which was used to create log in account ceased to work and had to get a new email. After many attempts to use the chatbot, and being sent in a never ending loop with no success… because cannot log in! Tried the community suggestions with no success. Partner needs to have customer service agent to get the new email onto the account so can mange PM account. Wanted to upgrade to 4G. Very much appreciate assistance .

Thank you very much for sharing this link.I did get a reply from Customer service and it took a lot to get the glitch sorted out. Partner has access to account! 🙂

The email address is just a login id. Use the existing email address to login. You can use the phone number to change the password if need be.

Do know that customer service is closed currently but you will get a response tomorrow.
