My email was locked out by Gmail, how do I change my email? I need an alternative way to access my account.

HI @oladelesegun Sorry, that would be another ticket with CS Agent. They will change the email address for you

@oladelesegun only CSA can change the email to your self serve account.
So connect with them to change it via the methods already provided above.

Thanks for the responses, finally got the password and in now… how do I change the email/username? Couldn’t find any option to do it.

@oladelesegun - fyi...if you still know your password you can still log into your account with the email you do not have access to until you have a change to change it with CSA.

HI @oladelesegun You Gmail might be locked, but if you know the password to My Account here, you can still use that email address with your password. The email used in My Account is only a username 🤣
But if you need to reset your password and have no access to email to reset password yourself, open a ticket with PM CS Agent:
Click on : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@oladelesegun - self serve account email can only be changed by CSA.
