When someone is asking for their account numbers, I often think they are trying to port out, since account numbers are most recommended to use when doing so.

Have you ever created a self serve account before? If not, you can create one here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

Then when you log in, you will see your account number under the BLACK box, as shown below:

If you are unable to sign into your account with your sign in info and forgot your password, etc. You can reach out to an agent and get access to your account and as @dust2dust said you will find it in the top right

Log in to your account and find it in the upper right area under your name. Or find it in the to area of the welcome email you should have received when you activated.
