Hey. I’m out of data so I clicked on change my plan and click on the same package I already have the 70$ one so imcan
start my data over agian. Clicked it three times and it won’t process payment. I did this last month when I ran out of data no issues. What’s up

How long have you been a customer? You can get a little break in add on data if you are under the new points program and use your points a gig will actually be 33% cheaper than buying yourself.

@Marczyk Yes, for some reason PM doesn't permit allowing you to renew to the same plan early. You'll need to submit a ticket to customer support and they will be able to make the change for you. Your other option is you can (yourself) change to a different plan for now and then go back and schedule a plan change for your preferred at the next renewal. You can also buy add-on data which is $15/1GB that doesn't expire so anything remaining would roll over indefintiely or until your next renewal.
