Email from Public Mobile

Hi!

Yesterday, my account was temporarily locked due to suspicious activity, and I just want to confirm that the email I received about it (which included a change password link) was genuinely from Public Mobile.  The email was from noreply@publicmobile.ca

Yesterday I did have an issue with logging in, but at the time I'd assumed it was a result of my account being locked. I think you might be right, thanks so much!

Hi,

I'm still able to log in online and on the app, and nothing important seems to have changed/been affected.

looks legit to me....I'd follow the instructions. Did you have a problem logging in to your account recently ? After a few failed attempts to log in to your account, it'll be locked temporarily to prevent someone from accessing the account just by guessing your password. Check with Customer Support if you want but it can't hurt to go into your Public Mobile acct and change the password. (write it down this time ...so you remember it ! 😁)

this is new to us too.  first time the Community sees email like this.

Can you login My Account or PM app?

if not, Please check with PM support directly and report back what they say
