I can't figure out what email address I signed in with. Non of them are working. I need to pay for my daughter's account.

Buy a voucher and dial 611 to pay. The email can be be changed by asking a CSA. Use chatbot to create a ticket.

@ZoeyL If you already tried self reset password and didn't work, then open ticket with PM support and they will be able to help
