The good thing about the email address for use in public mobiles sign in is that it does not have to be associated with an active or working email account.
It’s simply a username.

@Zarabutt1 - only CSA can change the email connected to your My Account.
Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:
