It tells me that my email address is incorrect even tho I changed my password to pay for my account how can I get my email address

@Mcginnis_john62 how can you change the password if your email address is wrong?
please keep in mind , your Community account here is different from your self-serve my account login, they are different logins
But no worry, open ticket with PM support to have it sorted out

@Mcginnis_john62 @Try again incognito mode there’s cache issues or you can change email but need supports help for that
