I've been locked out of my email account.....tried everything. So now I can not renew my plan, can't get into my public service account ecause of it....tried calling g 611 but the call wo t go through

@Jay77 If you're unable to get into your email account, try to reset the password. Try using desktop browser. Is it a major email provider like gmail or outlook.com?
You can try calling 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone and enter your PM # to check account status and/or enter a voucher #.

@Jay77 Yes, there is a problem with *611 at the moment and expected to be fixed on the weekend
For My Account access, first try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works
if you cannot reset the password yourself, please open ticket with PM support
