It seems for quite sometime that I haven't been receiving emails in regards to Public Mobile account, including rewards balance.   My other family members are receiving their emails still.

@Sansan  must be long time ago as PM does not send out email re this information

I haven’t been receiving email for over a year but I check my account on the PM app daily.

Yep checked spam folder nothing.  Will submit a ticket.

you sure you didn't block email from PM? or any chance they all went into the junk box?

if you are sure you didn't block it and not receive it, ask PM support, they can check

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
