there has been some issue with Plan Change on the last 2 days. Just in case you see spinning after you picked the new plan, you will then need to open ticket with PM support for them to manually change the plan for you

Just login to your account and go to Plans & Add-on and choose the plan you want.
Remember to change the plan on your next renewal date or else you will paid for the current plan plus the new plan if you click on it to start now.
