Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I have an account.  Got a new phone that needs an eSIM.  PM FAQ’s are not helpful.  Everything shown is about starting a new subscription.  Online tips say go into your app, go to “account” and order an eSIM.  Only gives me the option to buy a physical SIM card.  What to do?

@Liag  Maybe try clearing your cache and cookings delete app and reinstall app and try again , if same 

you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen  or send  a  private message   To CS_Agent

hi @Liag 

you are at the right place, click Purchase sim card and esim would be an option.  But make sure you do that on your new phone (download PM app on the new phone and buy there)
