I was walking home today and noticed my phone said SOS only when in the morning my plan was working fine and now it’s asking for a SM-DP and activation code and confirmation code how do I get these and get my plan back working I just paid my bill today.

Go into your eSIM settings and make sure PM is set as your primary and then reboot. Then if still in SOS mode then dial 611 and see status of account. If all paid up and not working, then create a ticket to a CSAgent.
