Hello, switching phones from an iPhone to a Samsung. I purchased an esim but have not received a qr code via email yet to activate it on the new phone. Any assistance will be appreciated, thanks!
you don't install via the QR code, you install by buying via the app (install it on your Samsung phone in your case) and the app will install the eSIM for you. No QR code needed
