I accidentally activated my e sim on my old phone. I didn't receive a QR code and was confused. Is there a way to transfer or deactivate my e sim to my new phone, or receive a new QR code?

does the eSIM work on the old phone?

eSIM cannot be moved.  BUT Luckily, you can get a replacement via the app

To rebuy new eSIM , first, download the app on the correct phone and login.  If you have problem with receiving 2FA code, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend code" and choose either Send email or Send voice message

Once logged in, Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM. 

Once it confirms your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $  and Install
