I recently purchased a plan and e sim card but the sim card is not compatible with my phone. Now I cannot complete the purchase or purchase a physical sim card. Now what do I do?

hi @KRichmond we saw error like this but turn out the esim works
So, don't think physical sim yet
submit ticket with agent for help first
