I have a new phone now, and the public mobile physical sim is no longer compatible with my device.
Public mobile does not support e-sims.
What should I do? Please help.

There are also some other phones like the Moto Razr foldables that are eSIM-only in Canada as well.

Only option you have is to go back to the retailer and exchange for a phone that supports a physical SIM.
As noted by others that eSIM is not available on eSIM.
Also, I was told by a cellular sales rep that reception is better on a physical SIM than eSIM…don’t know if this is true.

If you got a new iphone from the usa then theres no support for you. You need a canadian iphone 14 as they still support sim cards.

No, Public does not support esims. But your PM sim card should be a 3-in-1 sim, which is a nano sim with “frames” around it to make it bigger.
I'm assuming you need nano now, the smallest size? You can push the nano sim in the center out of those “frames”.

your device iphone 14 PM support for Nano-SIM and PM no support eSIM.

@kritisinha91 which phone did you get?? PM can still support your phone if it has a physical sim slot. Only latest US iPhone has eSIM only without physical sim slot
