Hi,
I am a new subscriber to Public Mobile and was unaware that I need the application to start using my sim. I purchased an E-sim plan but am unable to activate it as I am not able to download the public mobile application on my phone (due to my phone's appstore being linked to a different region it is unlikely that I will able to download the app anytime soon). Is there a workaround where I can get a QR Code to scan and add my e-sim or use a friend's phone to get a QR code or visit a store for the same or order a physical sim instead?
Any leads would be helpful!

If you have an older phone or your phone is registered in another country other than Canada. You won’t be able to download the PM app.
Your only option is to have a friend download the app to activate and subscribe a plan for you.
You can scan the QR code for the eSIM from the PM email that they sent you to the registered account.
Once it is activated, you can access your account through the PM website but have your friend delete the app after your account is setup.

Yes you can use another phone to finish the sign up. Then that phone can delete the app and you can use the web site.
