Im on my phone. The problem is when i factory reset her samsung s23 ultra it erased the e-sim. I cant punch in code or access my account because of no e-sim

you can still login. Click Didn't Receive or Resend code, then choose Send email or Send Voice Message to receive the code via email or voicemail (call yourself from another phone to retrieve the VM)
and a reminder, you buy a new eSIM using the app. Go to Account, then Purchase sim card and choose esim

you'll download the app to your cell, log in to your account to get another esim to re-activate the account.
