My friend in Toronto finally got the account number from Rogers PhoneBox and activated the account with Public. Here comes the trick. She’s actually trying to set up the account for her husband who’s working in a different city. With the account number and the phone number given as requested, she found out the public Mobile account has been set with her phone as opposed to her husband’s! Anyone can tell me how this dilemma could happen and what to do next? Thanks a million!

Unfortunately eSIM is non-transformable between devices. He needs to purchase a new $5 eSIM and transfer the eSIM over to his account/phone.

@Fangfang555 She would need to log into the account with husbands phone and rebuy the eSIM from the app and go to subscriptions add in page and notice shop SIM card now select it and choose eSIM download and install .

@Fangfang555 , if an account is activated with e-SIM, the app will install the e-SIM on the phone doing the activation. If the account is working, then you will need to install a new e-SIM on the intended phone using the app on that phone. Go into the account and do SIM change.
