How long will it take for an e-SIM to Activate on an iPhone 14?
I installed it, and it's said activating for over 10 minutes.
Tried restarting the phone and airplane mode, but neither worked.
Still SOS Only/Activating in settings.

After a while we got an 'e-SIM not Activated' for Primary, and then it let us delete it so now secondary is primary like I wanted.
It has been a while, and i only post when I've tried everything I can think of. Thanks for your help @softech

@softech so that worked, it now shows a Primary and Secondary SIM, everything is working aside fron Texting because it forcing us to use Primary for messages, even when we select to send from Secondary(the working one).
How can I delete Primary so only the secondary will work for everything?
Since it's still 'activating' there is no Delete e-SIM option.
How do I get rid of Primary if there is no option to delete it to only use the working secondary one?

Thanks, trying that now. It charged me $5 again so I'll ask CSA to refund it after we get it all working.

We never recieved an Email from Public Mobile, or a QR Code.

Within the 'Purchase SIM Card' Section, the E-SIM is still $5 by the looks of it.
Or are you saying it's free after purchasing the first one?

you cannot really reinstall it. But since buy new esim is free now you can try to delete and re-scan the QR code
if not work, then buy a new esim for free using the app

Everything looks right, e-SIM Card number is updated on the Account.
What do I do if that doesn't work, try reinstalling it again?
