open ticket with PM support and ask them to credit back,

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.

@Jascarr this is a great point by @softech. By all means you could request a refund but by the time it gets processed it will prob be around or after your next renewal anyways. If you just leave it in available funds it will cover your next renewal and your card won't be charged again until November

@Jascarr Maybe one of the two is just pending charge and only one is the real charge? Check with your credit card first
Also, login to My Account, go to Payment History page. Does it shows it charged you twice? Even it charged you twice, please check if one of the charge is now sitting as Available Fund in My Account. If so, you can leave it there and it can be used towards next renewal
