I thought you can’t make a purchase of an Add-on until the first Add-on expires but there might be a glitch so reach out to a CS_Agent at:

You'll have to reach out to a CS Agent for help on this one. They won't refund you but they will just credit your account.
Keep an eye on the mailbox in the top right corner.
