I had name Community name changed about a year ago by a CS_Agent. Just private message them at:

It shouldn’t be a problem for them to change.

is there any way to escalate this or have all public mobile community questions deleted?

If you really need to change username on community, you will need to contact customer service agent. Unable to change yourself anymore.

Once you pick a name, it's yours for life. Public Mobile forums no longer allow you to change the names due to too many people abusing it.
