I have created a second Public Mobile account (to facilitate two e-SIMs for two Canadian numbers) and trying to have both active at the same time to allow calls from either number. I am seemingly unable to do this on my iPhone, but am able to do so with one Public Mobile number and another (international) carrier's number.
Is there a way to remedy this?

Your iPhone 12 supports Dual SIM using one physical nano-SIM and one eSIM
it does not support two active eSIMs simultaneously

You can only have 1 account/1 email so you can’t have 2 accounts (lines) on the same email address.
If you created 2 accounts on one email address. The first number will be replaced with the second number.
You will need to contact a CS_Agent to straighten this out if this is the case.

I used TextNow app and created a second number on my phone…it is a free service with a number you pick from their list of numbers.

Thanks - It's an iPhone 12.
That is likely the issue then as I have two active sims, but never have had two active esims.
Can you convert a PM eSIM to an physical SIM?

hi @seanhassan this is a device issue and not a problem with PM. PM does not block that?
Which iPhone you have? Not all iPhone allows dual active esim
