Dropped calls

I have noticed that every time now I am on a phone call for over half an hour or less the call will drop and I am disconnected.

what is going on as I am within service. It is not an account or SIM card/ battery issue.

@SelT  can you try to power off your phone, remove the SIM card, let it sit for a minute or two, then reinsert the SIM card and power it back on. If still have problem,please sent Pm to MOD.

@SelT I had the same problem yesterday. It seemed like a friendly reminder for I had stayed on the line too long. It was time to stop talking....

There was a systemic issue with dropped calls a couple of weeks ago.  According to PM, they fixed the problem.  

 

You may need to contact moderator to check your account at the backend.
