Dropped calls and no data in one area supposed to be covered

I keep getting dropped calls and no data when I'm in a certain area of my town Nanaimo, BC. It's frustrating as my previous carrier worked fine. The coverage map shows the area is covered. My plan is 30 GB Data at 5G and I'm using eSim with Samsung Galaxy S21. 

Anything I can do to help fix the connectivity issues in this location?

@Robostyle - are you a new customer or have you been a customer for some time and this is an all of a sudden thing?

Try one or more of the below:

*turn off your phone, leave off for a few minutes, then reboot

*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode

*perform a reset network settings on your device

If service issues continue, submit a ticket to CSA to see if towers are being upgraded or worked on in your area.

Not sure what the problem is if we take a look at the coverage map we can see that Nanaimo is covered. Perhaps an issues with the phone or eSIM. Not too sure.
