Hi
I'm trying to download my usage data from Jan 1 to present, just for calls. I used the filters to select the dates and "unclicked" data I did not want.
I try clicking on "download" and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

@Jopiary what browser are you using?? could be related. I had problem using Edge the other day but using Chrome works

Thanks for responding. No matter what I do, absollutely nothing happens when I click download! I'll try it on another computer - sounds like the issue might be in my computer.

@Jopiary the download usage will give you everything. Please download it first, the. use Excel filter function to filter out what you don't eant

Use clean browser; use computer. It works as expected... Just tried...
But I would NOT trust PM usage report as I did NOT use any data on 15. feb and I did NOT call my vmail:
as I NEVER check my vmail calling from mobile. And yes, my minutes were not used in feb 2024.
So report is incorrect and I do check it ONLY when I have to help somebody else like yourself.
