I noticed just now that @Saray_O is now retired.  The turnover seems rather quick in this position.  It is a pretty stressful job and thankless at times.  Let's hope @Mary_M and @Shazia_K are in it for the long haul.  You two have have been nothing but amazing in the short time that I have been on this forum.  Keep up the good work!

Wow - I'm kinda shocked to see MODs leaving....

I get that it's a different type of customer service job and that it would take a special type of person (AKA @Shazia_K & @Mary_M) to be successful....  but I'm shocked that peeps would want to leave after what seems like such a short time.

I guess they didn't like the virtual thing afterall?

Either way... MODs are awesome, PM better be treating them well!!!

@Shazia_K, is this why we are seeing the MOD hours being reduced as there are only a couple of you.  I haven't seen mods on until the 9PM EST.  Now it is more understandable as to why we don't see a mod on at night.  Glad to hear that there is a new mod in training and again you and Mary are doing an amazing job with the obvious increase in your workload.
