missing SIM cards and no one at Public is responding

switching 2 phones over to Public... ordered 2 new SIM cards on sept 6th. Public has taken payment but no SIM cards have arrived. i've left 2 private messages to the team moderator 3 days ago and no one has responded. we're not really off to a great start here. it's really frustrating not being able to talk to anyone and not having anyone respond. would love some assistance from Public. hello?!

Normal reponse time is up to 48 hours.  Your private message 3 days ago should be close to your turn.

I sent a private message on Monday midnight EST and receved my response around Monday 5pm EST.  YMMV

At this point, you just have to wait for the Moderator Team to respond to your messages.  Only they can issue a refund for the missing SIMs.
