Hey guys. So I prepaid for a 35 dollar plan at 15 gb. When Activating my new pm subscription, after transferring my old rogers number to pm, I noticed that there was an offer on pm for a 34 dollar plan with 20 gb so I switched over to this plan assuming I would not be charged considering I already just paid for the preexisting plan that was 35 bucks. Now it wants me to pay for the 34 dollar plan I switched to before i can recieve service. I dont want to double pay seeing as I switched over to the 34 dollar plan on the same hour i activated my new 35 dollar plan . I would like service but not have to pay for this new plan. any help would be great and thank you for your help 🙂

you shouldn't use Change Now on the day of renewal. You should have done it earlier and use Change on Renewal

did you use Change Now ? You should use Change on Renewal to avoid this issue. But no worries, PM support agent should be able to help, we seen that before. You can submit ticket by direct message:
