I recently added on some data and it didn't work, I ended up adding it again and realize that I actually did pay twice. Am I out of luck or is there a way to get a credit back on my acct?

You could also just keep the doubled data. Do you see it say twice the amount of data?

@corrio Fiest, please confirm on both your credit card and My Account's Payment history that you did pay twice.
If you did, open ticket with PM support and they will likely be able to reverse one of the transactions
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this Chatbot Ticket Link
Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question. Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
