Purchased 1gb data 1x  but it went through twice now short for my plan amount.  Can we fix it ?

Do you see 2GB of add on data in your account? Or do you see 1GB and $15 added to your available funds? If you did indeed accidentally add an extra 1GB of data to your account contact customer support and explain the issue and ask them to remove the extra 1GB data add on and credit your account.

 

Follow the instructions and/or use the links previously provided to contact customer support. Or you can use spoiler instructions contained in this post.....

You have 2 options:

1 - leave the extra data in your account because it will rollover until you use it up.

2 - contact a CS_Agent for credit to your account or refund. The refund may take up to a month to process.

 

They can be contact through private message on the envelope icon above or create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of page.
